At Hera, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Hera garment tags and protective seals are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
